An exciting new feature at Pinburgh 2002 will be the tracking of pinball league performance. When a player registers, he or she may specify a league affiliation. The performance of that player will then contribute to a ranking for his or her league.

There are no awards associated with this; this is merely a fun idea we are experimenting with. We are working to design the ranking system so that no league will have an unfair advantage from either being large or having a broader range of player skills.

We believe pinball leagues are the last hope for organized competitive pinball on a day-to-day, week-to-week basis. If there is no league in your area, find some pinball-playing friends and consider creating one! We strongly encourage all leagues to attend Pinburgh - as a group if possible.
